You're Invited to Our 5th Annual Toys for Trees Event

You’re invited to our 5th Annual Toys for Trees event. Help us reach our goal, and I’ll give you a gift as well.

I want to thank you for your friendship and for your partnership. Because I’m grateful to you, I want to invite you to our 5th Annual Toys for Trees event, which takes place on December 2 from 9 a.m. to noon.

At last year’s event, we raised more than 1,000 toys, which we donated to the Toys for Tots organization. This year, our goal is to raise 1,500 toys.

This year, our goal is to raise 1,500 toys.

Here’s an opportunity for you to be able to help with that goal: I want to buy you a Christmas tree—a 6- to 7-foot Frasier Fir Christmas tree, freshly cut from the tree farm. It’ll be delivered the night before December 2, and in exchange for you buying me a Christmas tree, I’d like you to bring an unwrapped toy that you’d like to donate to a tot.

If you don’t celebrate Christmas, no worries; we can also get you a holiday wreath. Stop by to see Santa Claus, drink some hot chocolate, and just be a part of the event.

You do need to RSVP because, as you can imagine, it’s a big event for us to organize. You do can that here.

I also need your help with something else: If you know of someone who in the next six months is in the market to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, I’d like to invite them as well. That would be a great person to give a Christmas tree. It’s a win-win; I can help them to have a festive holiday, help children in need, and in the future, we can help them to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

If I can help you with anything, give me a call or send an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon
