Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia, Maryland or Washington DC
- Full time only
- Must have successfully represented at least 6 buyers or sellers to closing (Apprenticeship program available for those that do not meet this criteria)
- Continuous Learner In pursuit of a higher than average income

It is the Company’s priority that you are as successful as you can be. The Company will provide you education, training, development, staff, systems, structure, and support. It will be your responsibility to participate in:
Role playing, scripts, and participate in our Daily Power Up each day Monday to Friday
Attend Keller Williams Realty Alexandria – Kingstowne Team Meeting every Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
Attend one Keller Williams Regional training event each quarter
Attend one Keller Williams Realty International Training Event such as Family Reunion, Mega-Camp, or Masterminds each year.
Read the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book within 1 month of joining our Company
Read 1 book each month on development, physical development, or real estate in general. Share what you learn with others on the team
Encourage and support EACH member on the team for their success

A typical schedule of a high producing agent on our Team would look something like:
9:00 AM to 9:15 AM - Daily Power up
9:15 AM to 9:30 AM - Scripts and Role Play
9:30 AM to 12:00 PM - Lead generate
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM - Lunch
1:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Show properties, prepare for showings, attend education, or continue to lead generate
The most successful agents time block each week and follow their schedule. If you must erase, you must replace.

Our Standard:
Add 5 people each day into the Infusionsoft database. These may either be Sphere of Influence or Nurture individuals.
Attend one appointment each day with seller or a buyer.
Get hired 75% of the time.
Go to closing 75% of the time that you get hired.
Close 3 transactions per month (after your first 60 days).
- Introduce at least one real estate agent (for the purpose of recruiting) each month to the KW Team Leader or GV Sales Network Team Leader
