Brooke Rivera is a valuable member of the Greetings Virginia team, and I’m pleased to be able to introduce her to you today so you can learn a little bit more about her.
As our team’s director of operations, one of the most important aspects of her job is client care. This means paying attention to clients’ needs and putting ourselves in their shoes to ensure that we field every situation correctly and handle every task appropriately. Brooke works hard to make sure all of our clients are being heard and we’re delivering the best possible customer service.
Another way we help our clients that Brooke is responsible for is by establishing great communication. We make sure we over-communicate with everyone so they know exactly what’s going on with their transaction throughout the whole process. We communicate with people at least five times per week. In addition to knowing what’s going on with your transaction, we also want you to be informed of every step we take.
