Where is our market heading?
Honestly, nobody knows! If someone is so certain about telling about where the market is heading then obviously they are not saying the truth. With that being said, the biggest ridicule of the future is looking back to the past.
In the past 2 years, between 35% to 50% of the homes were not placed in the market as sold in 2019 for 2018, and every previous year for the last several years, that means that the inventory, the homes that have been sold in the market has declined 35% to 50% year over year for the last 2 years.
That means, based on my prediction, to those sellers that were not able to sell, and at some point they will have to sell, expect that we might see the trend 18 months from now, or who can say. Again, my prediction! Nobody knows everything, right?
