NORTHERN VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE: What's going on with our Economic Cycle Right Now?

Most buyers and sellers are concerned about how our market place is going on today. It is really important to study about that.

Real estate is generally a great investment option. It can generate ongoing passive income and can be a good long-term investment if the value increases over time

In 2019, it was an interesting year. 2018 vs 2019, 45-55% less homes on the market year over year, every single month. Homes are in high demand right now, since most sellers are thinking of putting in the next few months or so, and this makes it easier for sellers to earn top dollar. Buyers will continue to move to affordability, benefiting mid-sized markets. We must always know the proportion between a seller and a buyer.

BEST TIME FOR A BUYER: Middle of the year

BEST TIME TO SELL: First end of the quarter and Last end of the Quarter

So, instead of doing it in the next few months, you must do it now!
