Properties are known to be one of the investments that appreciate in time and once you’ve been in the business for quite some time, you learn the tricks and trade, the how’s and why’s and you then create a strategy that is effective and delivers results in making sure you acquire a good investment property.
Let me share with you a strategy that consists of 3 main points you need to consider and these are things that I’ve employed to be able to identify these investment opportunities.
Identify if the property is in distress or have not been maintained well.
Identify the stay period of the homeowners. The longer the better because there’s a big possibility that there’s a great deal of equity in it and you can simply do it by looking at the public tax records.

When you find these 3 things, there is a big possibility that there is an opportunity for a real estate investment deal.
