How can you find great success in real estate? Here’s the method that many agents have been using to become millionaires.
In “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent,” Gary Keller proposes that anybody can earn a million-dollar salary by following their systems. When they first wrote it, a lot of people thought it was far-fetched and could never be done.
However, there are many agents out there today that have proved that this business model works. In the book, the “science of success” is broken down into four parts: Thinking a million, earning a million, netting a million, and receiving a million. They will soon revise the book and add a fifth part: giving away a million.
You have to start with lead generation.
How can you build a business that is so successful that it gives away a million dollars each year? You’ve got to start at the base of the pyramid: lead generation. As salespeople, all of us should have a good understanding of lead generation. I’m not only talking about lead generation for listings, I’m also talking about lead generation for talent. When I started in real estate, all I did was lead generate for listings. If I would have seen the bigger picture better, I would have also done lead generation for leverage. What could your business look like if you did the same?
