But if there’s one piece of advice I can give, it’s to walk through with the inspector because he’ll be able to point out different components of the property and teach you how to use other things, even minute details such as how to maintain certain things.
But ultimately, what will directly impact the transaction from the home inspection are the big ticket items, like the HVAC, plumbing, and all the others I mentioned above. Those are some of the things that will cost you a lot of money.
