If you’ve never invested in real estate before, you must understand the pathway in front of you and find somebody that you can partner with, or can definitely guide you that is already a real estate investor or a real estate agent. 

So, the easiest way that you can find them is simply by asking smart questions. 

Here are some questions that you must ask them: 

• Tell me about your portfolio.

• Real estate investing strategies.

Other questions like:

• Where should I buy it?

• Where are the packets in regards to good investment opportunities?

And one of the things that I would advise you is that if you have no money and no credit. Probably not a good idea to start investing in real estate at this time. 

You must know that there are some basic financial fundamental principles that you should consider before you contact an agent.
