• $1,250 will be paid to you when you share a property address for any properties, that is purchased by our Investor for less than $185,000 - Our Investor will buy at a maximum of 72% ARV*.

•  $1,750 will be paid to you when you share a property address for any properties that is purchased by our Investor for $185,001 to $250,000 - Our Investor will buy at a maximum of 74% ARV*.

• $2,000 will be paid to you when you share a property address for any properties that is purchased by our Investor for $250,001 to $350,000 - Our Investor will buy at a maximum of 76% ARV*.

• $2,250 will be paid to you when you share a property address for any properties that is purchased by our Investor for $350,001 to $450,000 - Our Investor will buy at a maximum of 78% ARV*.

• $2,500 will be paid to you when you share a property address for any properties that is purchased by our Investor for $450,001 to 625,000 - Our Investor will buy at a maximum of f 80% ARV*.

• $3,500 will be paid to you when you share a property address for any properties that is purchased by our Investor for $625,000 and up - Our Investor will buy at a maximum of f 80% ARV*.

*After Repair Value (ARV) -  This is the percentage of the purchase price plus the repair cost as a ratio of the price that the property will be resold by our investor.  Our Investor’s Contractor will verify all repair estimates and we will verify all fixed up values.

All payments will be paid to you within 48 hours of closing of the investment property that you introduce to us.

**Alternative to the above pay schedule, you may elect to profit from 5% of the profits of any deal that you solicit, get under contract and that we do the deal. This payment will be made upon the final sale of the flip property.
