Our pool of buyers are able to buy quickly. We will do so because we have the money in the bank and we are ready to buy. It typically takes us about 7 days from us agreeing with a seller to buy and you will be paid within 48 hours of closing.
When you refer a property to us that gets purchased, you will earn between $1,500 to $5,000. There is no limit on how much money that you can earn. Our highest earners are making over $10,000 a month EVERY month. See the Payment Schedule to learn about specifics.
The most successful in our program are those that are able to integrate searching for distressed properties into their already existing careers or lifestyles. This is a perfect program for first time investors, Uber or Lyft drivers, people that work at utility companies or if you are often on the road here in the area. Anyone that is able to identify a beat up or run down property qualifies to be a member of this program.
You may put in as little or as much time as you desire. When you come across a distressed property, just jot down the address and share it on our portal. The more time that you invest, the more money you will make.
All training and tools will be provided to you via our online portal. The only investment that you may incur will be the investment of your time to attend our live CAZA Investor Meetup that is held in Alexandria, VA each month.
Nope. You are not representing the buyer or the seller. You will be paid a finder’s fee from the buyer and have no fiduciary care to either party so a license is not required.

All properties shared with us are time stamped with your GV Property Hunter Affiliate number. In the event that the same property is shared with us from multiple GV Property Hunters then the first to share it with us will earn compensation and you will be notified when you share the property with us that another GV Property Hunter has already shared the property with our network.
