Recently I had the pleasure of speaking with Eamonn Garvey, our director of lead generation at www.GreetingsVirginia.com, about what he does.
Eamonn runs a team of partners, who he helps to generate buyer, seller, and agent leads. Through the work he does in his department, Eamonn is setting up 75% of the business.
In his career, Eamonn has had a lot of success. So, today he decided to tell us a little bit about some of what he has accomplished.

At a recent networking event, though, Eamonn ran into someone who had been trying to buy a house for about a year with a couple of different agents.
After speaking with the man for about 45 minutes, Eamonn was able to determine his needs, wants, and goals. It was this knowledge that he used to pair the man with his buyer specialist, Jason.
Jason and this man began to look at houses the very same day they met and now, he is preparing to write an offer on one of them.
