Traci (and Dan too) Rock! When I started my search for the perfect condo inside the beltway, I was very doubtful I would be able to find something in my price range. was wrong! These last few months, we were in perhaps the worst financially stressful situation in a lifetime. As an out-of-state buyer, I was hesitant to make offers until I'd seen a fair number of properties. When I started looking for my first home, I was afraid I'd be facing indifferent lenders and looking at lots of foreclosures. Instead, Traci showed me great places where I was excited to live. She helped me write a great offer, so the seller chose mine instead of one that came in earlier. Dan and Traci also referred me to a great mortgage broker who moved mountains so I could close within 2 weeks of the offer's acceptance, with great terms. Because of the great way Traci listened to what I wanted and the efforts she made to make sure I got the house, I am purchasing my first home.
