Dan and Traci have a great team for the needs of people that are going through short sales. I think that many people would be tempted to go with the oldest realtor with the most jewelry. I would not recommend this. I have never met Real estate team that works as hard for their customers as Dan’s team does. Many realtors would like to reproduce the effect, but I think that they fall short when it comes to having their team support them. If you want to actually take advantage of the short sale market, use somebody who has a great team.
