Traci successfully negotiates with banks to get them to accept short sale offers. She also assists our sellers and buyers in the more traditional situations. She will listen to you to understand your needs and wants in order to guide the process to a successful conclusion.

Natasha Shevchuk
Assistant
Natasha Shevchuk assists with our REO (foreclosure) transactions. She is a resource on these listings and ensures that all tasks in REOTrans and in other portals are completed in a professional and timely manner. In addition to working on the agent side of REO, she has worked on the Asset Manager's side of things for Wilshire Credit Corp, working in various roles and has work in many capacities working with top REO listing agents across the country. Having worked in different capacities of the REO industry makes Natasha uniquely suited to assist Dan and Traci to serve their Asset Managers and REO clients well.

Carmen Oulahan Executive Assistant

Carmen Oulahan is a team member of Dan & Traci and Consultants with Keller Williams Realty. Carmen works directly with Dan & Traci working with their short sale clients and dealing with loss mitigation departments for our clients. Ms Oulahan has worked with various organizations including the Miss Universe Organization, Avrett Free & Ginsberg, the Art Miles Mural Project, The United Nations project for the International Year of Cultural Heritage and Decade of Peace and Non-Violence Among the Children of the World. Most recently, Carmen had been operating her own independent Virtual Assistant business prior to joining Dan & Traci and Consultants team as an Executive Assistant on a full time basis. Ms. Oulahan education includes a BA in Communications in addition to her fluency in Spanish. She has lived in many countries, from Asia, the Caribbean to South/Central America.

Before relocating to Virginia she had her own real estate company in Colorado specilalizing in property management for vacation properties around the Rocky Mtn National Park. Before Colorado she served as a licensed assistant for 2 years to a top producing agent and worked as a buyer's agent. Jennifer assists our team's listing agents with putting new listings on the market and creating positive exposure for these properties to qualified buyers so they sell as quickly as possible and for the most amount of money. She has a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas State University.
