Flexible Fee Program

At Dan and Traci & Consultants, we believe in giving you options. Whereas most agents will charge you the same commission regardless of how much of the work they do to bring a buyer to the table, we offer a flexible fee program so you don't pay for something that you do yourself.

How it Works:

Your property sells through the MLS and the commission is shared equally with the other broker. Full service, full MLS. Total Commission to be 6%.

5%

You find the buyer, we write the contract and WE take care of the closing process. There is no other broker involved. Full service, full MLS. Total Commission to be 5%.

Flat $2,000 Fee

You find the buyer, you write the contract and take care of the closing process. There is no other broker involved. Limited service, full MLS. Total Fee to be $2,000
